WHY THE XTREME EXISTS
• Five independently pressurized wounds. Each wound can run independently or simultaneously, allowing instructors to control scenario complexity. Start with one active bleed. Add two. Run all five. The Xtreme scales to whatever the curriculum demands.
• Multi-source hemorrhage forces real prioritization. A single bleeding wound test technique. The five bleeding wounds test judgment. The Xtreme replicates the cognitive and physical demand of complex trauma — the kind where the wrong decision about which wound to treat first has consequences.
• The top of the Wound Cube progression. Gen2 builds a foundation. Plus introduces active bleeding. Xtreme delivers full scenario-based immersion. For programs running TCCC or advanced TEMS curricula, the Xtreme is the endpoint of the progression — and the simulator that certifies readiness.

• Semi-Transparent: Reveals internal structures — bleeding pathways, wound cavity depth, and tissue layers. Ideal for foundational instruction where students need to understand the origin of hemorrhage and the anatomy of deliberate wound packing before advancing to higher-stress scenarios.
• Medium Skin Tone: Eliminates visual cues and forces reliance on tactile assessment. Students must identify bleeding sources, wound depth, and packing needs by feel alone — replicating real-world conditions and reinforcing the muscle memory that saves lives when vision is compromised.
