Most IFAKs are designed for ideal conditions — two hands, no stress, no injury. The ReFlex™ was designed for the moment when conditions are anything but ideal. A two-piece med roll and carrier system with true ambidextrous operation, it deploys with either hand — because when you're the one who's been hit, your strong hand may not be available.
Configured by Phokus and built on High Speed Gear's battle-proven platform, the ReFlex delivers organized, rapid-access trauma capability with a removable inner tray and low-profile MOLLE mounting—two loadout configurations, including an Intermediate or Low-Vis Deployment insert—to match your mission.
WHY IS IT BUILT THIS WAY
• True ambidextrous operation. The ReFlex's design enables rapid deployment with either hand. In a self-aid situation — when the injured hand is the dominant one — this isn't a convenience feature. It's the difference between reaching your kit and not.
• HANK™ grab handles. High Abrasion-Resistant Neoprene Kevlar® composite handles built for long-term durability under repeated use, harsh environments, and the kind of stress that destroys lesser materials.
• Removable inner tray — organized under pressure. Intentional organization features put every item in a predictable location. Gloves are accessible via side slots without removing the roll from the carrier. Carry handle and shock cord loops allow attachment to a patient or an I.V. rack.
• Versatile mounting. Mounts vertically or horizontally on belts 1.5"–2.25", and horizontally on MOLLE. Mini MOLLE allows a precise fit on belts as narrow as 1.5" or two-row MOLLE panels.
• Two loadout options for two mission profiles. Intermediate Configuration covers the broad spectrum of trauma response — hemorrhage, airway, heat retention. LVD Insert is the full TCCC-configured load from the Low-Vis Deployment 2 kit, in a carrier optimized for speed.
