The Operator Response Kit is a Phokus-configured IFAK built around the High Speed Gear Med Pak — one of the most battle-tested medical pouch platforms in service. The Med Pak's durability, modularity, and rapid-access architecture give the ORK a proven foundation. Phokus's configuration ensures every item inside answers a specific, statistically likely cause of preventable death.
Two loadout configurations — Basic for broad trauma response, Advanced for complete solution. A rigid internal organizer panel with configurable shock cord and elastic retention. Quick-access pull tab, MOLLE compatibility, medical shears slot, grommet drainage, and lash loops for tourniquet attachment. Available in six colors. This is the kit for operators who configure their own gear and need something that holds up.
WHY THE ORK IS BUILT AROUND THE MED PAK
• A platform operators already know. The High Speed Gear Med Pak is a standard across military and law enforcement units. Operators who train on, carry, and maintain it don't have to relearn their kit when they pick up the ORK. Familiarity under stress is a performance advantage.
• Quick-access pull tab — stowable when not needed. Rapid deployment when you need it. Cleanly stowed when you don't. The pull tab is a tactical tool, not a liability.
• Rigid internal organizer panel. Configurable with included shock cord and elastic loops, the internal panel creates a consistent layout for every item — so what you trained on is what you reach for in the field. Shears carry in an external slot. Medical cross patch included.
• MOLLE compatibility with HSG MOLLE clips. 3 columns × 5 rows MOLLE mounting with 2 included HSGI MOLLE clips. Secure attachment to any MOLLE platform without the bulk of velcro-only solutions.
• Advanced configuration is fully TCCC compliant. Combat Gauze, Emergency Dressing, Compressed Gauze. NPA, Lube, Occlusive Dressing, Decompression Needle. Two pairs of gloves, Eye Shield, Frog Tape, and Shears. Every item serves a specific intervention — nothing is there to fill space.
• Grommet drainage and lash loops. Field details that matter. The grommet prevents fluid buildup inside the pouch. Lash loops on the back corners provide additional tourniquet or gear attachment options.
