•      Expanded capacity for mobile environments. Standard IFAK kits are built for the individual. The AVTK is built for the vehicle — with expanded capacity to accommodate additional life-saving equipment while maintaining a low-profile design that stores efficiently in a door pocket, under a seat, or in a center console.

•      RF-welded waterproof vinyl — built for vehicles. Vehicles are harsh environments. Temperature swings, moisture, vibration, and impact are daily realities. The AVTK's RF-welded vinyl shell is fully waterproof, maintains its form under compression, and outlasts nylon pouches in every operational condition.

•      CAT Tourniquet included as standard. Unlike body-worn kits, where a tourniquet is optional, the AVTK includes a CAT Gen 7 as a standard component — because vehicle-based trauma often involves extremity injuries from accidents, ballistics, or blast, where tourniquet application is the first and most critical intervention.

•      Covers the full MARCH priority stack. Massive Hemorrhage, Airway, and Respiration are all addressed in the AVTK's standard configuration. From hemostatic gauze to decompression needle to occlusive dressings, every major preventable cause of death is covered in a single kit.

 

A full vehicle trauma load, configured for the complete MARCH priority stack:

•      Hemostatic Gauze — major hemorrhage control

•      Z-Fold Gauze — wound packing

•      CAT Tourniquet — extremity hemorrhage control (included as standard)

•      Decompression Needle — tension pneumothorax intervention

•      Cravat — multi-use: sling, bandage, pressure dressing
